 Volunteering with WYS

WYS is a fully volunteer-driven organization.  We cannot operate without parent volunteers.  Our meetings are open and we welcome those who wish to observe and assist to join us.

When you register your child for soccer, there are two buttons available for selection next to each child’s name:

  • Register: Register your child for the upcoming season
  • Volunteer: For volunteering as a coach, assistant coach or one of the many other roles that keep WYS running

Please consider signing up as a coach, assistant coach, board volunteer or other role.  If we each do our part the upcoming season will be a great experience for all of our players and families.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out to any of the WYS board members—our names and email addresses are available on the WYS website.

Refund Policy—Revised November, 2014

Before registering for soccer, please consider carefully the time commitments associated with practices and games, and talk with your children about their interest and desire to play soccer.

Late withdrawals without sufficient cause are highly disruptive because team rosters have been carefully balanced and set based upon these registrations, and late changes create additional work on the part of WYS, MYSA, and BAYS to complete and submit revised registrations and team rosters before games can begin.
